It seems I relapsed somewhat having reduced the Trazodone from 75 to 25. Basically out of laziness.
Also my weight went a few kilos up. Upon first introduction of Trazodone I lost about 8kg.

All the tings that help weight loss don't help me psychologically. Good work building endurance! It will pay off one way or another. Getting older without exercise is a bad idea.

It is weird, because the relapse took several weeks at the lower dosage.
