Some people say eating an organ will improve the health of that organ within the one who eats it. I would suggest animal brain. What do you think? Thinking out of the box can be beneficial, at least to me.

I used to take a glandular supplement. One of the ingredients was bovine brain. It had a stimulating effect on me. Unfortunately, I tolerate stimulants poorly, so I stopped taking it after a while.
I used to order brain tacos at a nearby taqueria. They were good, especially with chopped onion and cilantro. But I stopped eating them because I was worried about Mad Cow Disease.

I think it is conceivable that you'll get all of the nutrients your brain needs if the cattle was well nourished.
