If you can obtain a month or more of vital prescriptions (like an AD that will make you ill if you withdraw).

I've got a year's supply or more. I tend to horde medications (taking less than the prescribed dose and stockpiling the rest).
Sometimes the mentally 'ill' forecast such events. Somewhere in my epigenetic past my ancestors likely survived by stockpiling stuff :) They then past on that 1 in a million event preparation gene to me.
