My lightbox died this morning, and after some research, I've chosen this lamp: https://carex.com/collections/all/products/carex-day-light-sky-light-therapy-sun-lamp?variant=30226594070633
So far, for the past three winters, I haven't needed additional medication to make it through the season.
If anyone is interested, I can post an update on my experience.
Is anyone here using one?

Actually recently I've been using darkness therapy (despite it being already dark). I've successfully stabilized by doing 12-14 hours of total darkness.
In the past though, I have used a "Day Light" brand SAD lamp. It has helped a bit in the past.

The upside with this is that you can do normal activities while receiving light therapy. You can wear it like glasses

I like it a lot. I used to be a regular in the hospital this time of the year.
This is the end of the thread.
