i know soemone who has iron defiecent, they frequnetly get dizzy, and disoritented, it's called amnemia, where the blood has low iron, and the body can't make enough blood. It causes to have fatigue and body symptoms, disorientation.
Be sure if you start taking an iron supplement to not take too much, because i know someone who has to take iron for their deficiency but if you take it too much be excess iron in the body, can cause other symptoms.
Take a low dose of iron, and space it out to where it's not frequently intakes, too much iron in the blood is not good, it's the other end of the spectrum

from what i researched the highest safe dose is 45mg, but did some search on websites, can't really compare it accurate because iron supplements can go up to 65mg in one dose. So it's kinda confusing.
https://www.webmd.com/diet/supplement-guide-iron#1this is good iron supplement brand, and also
https://www.everydayhealth.com/drugs/ferrous-sulfatefind a iron supplement maybe around your area, health store, pharmacy, and take their recommended dose on the directions. But...reason i know someone who takes iron and took daily, and had too much iron, and had side effects. Even with daily recommended dose. Just find a good iron supplement and read on side effects and how to regulate iron in the blood stream

It's unusual for a male to be iron-deficient, unless you have a bleeding disorder, (pre-menopausal women do develop anemia). Have you had your blood checked? It's very easy to test for. Too much iron causes health problems of its own.

Isnt it funny how doctors publicly condemn vitamin supplements? They say that only the pharmaceutical industry benefits from supplements, but they never say that about pharmaceuticals. I think this is a sign of quality if doctors say that the pharmaceutical industry tries to make a buck off of something! Thats what you should take!
Does anyone else notice this?

So this might be the cause of a lot of my psychological problems. After two weeks of 40mg Iron/Day, I have been tested with an Iron level of 29. I am aiming at 100. I will keep you guys posted if my psychological functioning improves!
Of course, this issue is not fixed by two weeks worth of Iron supplements.

Yeah, I still take it. I haven't noticed much and I think if there is an improvement it will be very gradual. I do have a little more color in my face though. I used to be very pale
