Nortritptyline for SSRI SEs

Surely this has been addressed, but...

I'm facing going back on SSRI...celexa provided the best lift but created some agitation and cognitive effects, sleep problems, etc., blunting.

Any reason to think the adding a low does of nortryptline would offset this with it's 5ht antagonism?
