no, it's not sports enhancer, anabolic stuff, amphetamine, modafinil, mostly stimulant meds are banned.

it could reduce anxiety, but actually benzodiazepines decrease performance, but depends on the person

Are you thinking in terms of whether it is banned or whether it is a good idea (i.e. for safety reasons)?

I was thinking in terms of safety. Ive googled it and the workout was fine.

Yeah,
Any impairment from Ativan is dose dependent. Lower doses likely have zero impact on performance, whereas higher doses could cause coordination issues.
