maybe instead of an antidepressant? I take abilify. i have some obsessive and low mood stuff going. ssri, ssnri, and tca drugs...not so great for me. Tofranil helped, but my goodness...how does anyone take that stuff? -rough-
i was wondering if buspar might do something so i could avoid an ssri, but still get a lil boost/relief. other thing...
does some of buspirone's work in the brain overlap with abilify? I'm not great on technical aspects of psych drugs, but it kinda seemed that way when i skimmed over the info. but i see a lot of people on abilify+buspirone. I don't know if that's because buspar actually helps, or if its just because buspar is generic and not addictive.
thanks in advance. :-)
