Any medication good for paranoid thoughts? Currently taking 25mg amisulpride which kind of reduces the unrealistic feeling towards people, but not all.

there's tons of meds that reduce parnanoia, it's mainly blocking certain dopamine centers that cause altered thoughts, or obsessed/paranoid thoughts
thorazine always comes right to mind, even though it's a older generation one, it works well for paranoia.....but there's like zyprexa and respirdal those are the main ones that take care of paranoia, haliparidol is more of a heavier one but it works extremely well but has extrapyrmadial side effects
most doctors use current well-known ones, like geodon, abilify, and zyprexa, then after those have been elimindated (if there not effective) then comes clozapine and the older generation ones
This is the end of the thread.
