I say yay.

You'll feel it if it's too much. Your temperature will go up. And you'll be warm when others are cold.

My pdoc always says you want to target the low end of normal TSH levels which is about 0.50 flintstones per bedrock or whadevadafuk units they use.

But otherwise I say yay

I say nay.
Tried this to battle depression only to end up with more of that and anxiety...

Maybe you've already discovered that as I'm responding to a year old thread.
