it sais The GlyT-1 inhibitor sarcosine (N-methyl glycine) was shown to be effective in the treatment of schizophrenia [13-15]. These clinical studies using sarcosine have stimulated the development of the selective GlyT-1 inhibitors because the uptake of sarcosine into the brain is not good.
so is sarcosine bad????? or do i misunderstand

You can safely take sarcosine, i promise you my friend..
We are talking about amino acids and they're not dangerous in that way.
Please try it, it will not harm you in any way. Amino acids is good for the body and if you feel bad on it, just stop.
You will just get nervous from reading abstracts about sarcosine, cause it is just an amino acid and nothing else.
Some people are telling me that yellow fruit isn't good for my heart and some tells me that you should only eat yellow fruit and no green ones.
I think that we only live once, and to try an amino acid is the least dangerous i can come up with right now.
Kind regards / J
