Hey,

It seems the two that are not close to normal are Cholesterol and Triglycerides. Can you manage these at all with diet?

Sorry, I don't know much about this. Good luck.

How is your weight? That could lower your LDL and Tri. Also diet and less alcohol. Exercise.

I take zyprexa and manage to keep those number good. Diet and exercise and weight and not too much alcohol. My cholesterol is like 120 and tri was 120.

They were going to take me off zyprexa if I didn't improve those #s. I just lost a bunch of weight and ate healthy. And execised, etc.

Your other #s are fine. The iron will probably go down if you eat less or donate blood.

Judging by your tri being fairly normal but cholesterol high. You probably just need to lose weight. Tri are sugar.

You could always take a cholesterol med. I do. Niacin er.

Consider a statin drug. Otherwise, your numbers could be explained by dehydration. If you're anxious about bathrooms and peeing "out there", you tend to dehydrate before seeing a doctor.
