I tried Latuda (lurasidone) for bipolar depression. It made me feel worse very quickly.
Have you tried Remeron yet?

I am on my third trial of it now. Initially I was taking to boost my SSRI and help with anxiety. It help with anxiety but numbed me out a little too much. Also made me foggy sometimes and gave me extremely violent dreams. In each I was some kind of rapist, cannibal, murder etc.
Now I need it for mood instability. Doctors are trending toward BPII. It's been something of a lifesaver over the last week although I feel zoned out on 20mgs and I can't wake up.

I would be curious to know how you responded to Remeron.

i was in the hospital at the time they put me on it and quite acute. i do remember it did absolutely nothing for me. again i was in acute phase of depression/mixed so that could have hindered any results for outcome. i was also not on it very long. maybe a couple weeks? as when i got released and i saw regular pdoc he didnt think it was helpful and took me off. i noticed no difference when he took me off.
