masturbation put me in trouble

I am male 24.in my teens I had masturbation habits . Unfortunately it put me in trouble. My sensation broke.i lost my nerve impulse conduction. I dont have normal sensation patternit feels jammed up in my head unable to fall down.this led me to mental illness.
I am on following medicines right now.i keep telling my psyciatrist abnormal sensation has link with my bad habits.but he says im mentally ill.
What do I do now.who would be the best doctor or place where I shud go.some one please help me.
amisulpride
Escitalopram and clonazepam
risperidone and trihexyphenidyl
sertraline

I've never heard of masturbation in your teens affecting sensation as an adult. More commonly, frequent masturbation makes sex with a partner less enjoyable, since you become accustomed to rapid intense orgasms that are more difficult to achieve with another person. Maybe your psychiatrist is right.

Depression can cause problems with sexual function. It is usually not caused by problems with sexual function.

As long as you're not breaking the law, do whatever you feel is good for you.
