If you have OCD with intrusive thoughts, Risperdal is a good choice.

Risperdal raises prolactin and tends to put on belly-fat.

Risperdal can raise blood sugar, but not as much as Zyprexa.

1. What do you mean by "illogical thoughts"?

2. Could you read my post here?

Risperdal was mild in weight gain for me compared to Seroquel or Zyprexa.

It didnt work.
