do you think 50mg of zoloft a day would have much bearing on inhinibition of the CYP2d6 isoenzyme or would you need to go up to 100 or more for a moderate effect and 50mg might have the more slight effect that zoloft sometimes is supoosed to have.
any thoughts

thats what i found, i don't know much about CYP2d6, thats too advanced for me.....
