i think maybe 300mg is a good dose to start for your purpose.

My psychiatrist doesn't wanna prescribe anything that might help, i don't know why like lithium, saphris, Sertindole, doxycycline
he's not bad at all, but i don't understand it. so bad.
not even wanna do a blood test for lymes, (maybe i have or don't have it) i respond to anti biotics... my SZ clears up
