I haven't seen the package label for cariprazine yet. However, I believe NMS and TD will be listed as a class effect, even if cariprazine has not yet demonstrated them. Theoretically, NMS and TD are possible with all neuroleptic antipsychotics, including cariprazine. I am hoping that dopamine receptor partial agonists like Abilify are less likely to cause these things. However, I have not seen anything that would indicate this.
