finally got an official diagnosis bipolar type 2 with severe anxiety and ocd that is not real troublesome
lamictal 200
tegretol 400
Prozac 10 to be either replaced or dropped (mania)
seroquil 100 for sleep as I had not slept for weeks
Ativan 1mg 3x daily for severe anxiety which will eventually be reduced or replaced by klonopin seems like all my concentration on ocd has gotten better with a lower dose of an ssri
dr believes bipolar 2/ mixed states/anxiety is the key any thoughts

Is your anxiety free-floating or is your OCD generating your anxiety?

The best treatment for anxiety is a serotogenic antidepressant.
