i noticed this......i got on google and looked this up, for some reason when i vape, or smoke, or anything with nicotine the pleasure from nicotine is reduced from lamotragine.......i noticed it would block it's effect....not totally but significant part which makes nicotine pleasurable.....

This would pretty much explain your reduced sense of pleasure when smoking while taking lamotrigine (Lamictal).

it does......i noticed it even before i looked it up on google......maybe it can be a off label smoking aid medication lol
