im just day 2 on 1 mg of terazosine.. maybe its too early to say anything. but still
i guess its quite the same as for prazosine, which decreases glucocorticoid activity. maybe thats the mechanism i feel. or some dopamine activity in the prefrontal cortex. who knows. or even just some dilated blood vessels in the brain which cause an increase in blood flow
i dunno

Where can I find more information regarding prazosin and glucocorticoid activity? I currently take prazosin 30 mg/day.

whether this is true or not is questionable in my opinion. they also say prazosine is prescribed as an neuroleptic...
i couldnt find much more information so far. sorry
