Phidippus (Eric) will probably know.
Studies of a 30 mg/day dosage demonstrated an improvement in OCD symptoms when added to SRIs.

I'm already at 50 mg once daily but don't seem to be getting much effect, so I imagine we'll go to 70 mg.

I did 40 mg Viibryd and 200 mg clomipramine.

My title may be misleading. I'm not using vyvanse to augment clomipramine, per se, but because it's so highly sedating. At the moment, I'm at 325 mg clomipramine and 70 mg vyvanse.

Clomipramine at 325 mg/day is very high, although not usually toxic. Perhaps too high a dosage is sedating you. I know that OCD often needs higher dosages for OCD than for depression, but I think 150 mg/day is sufficient for most depressed outpatients. How much time did you give lower dosages to work?

The sedation has been present since the day following my first 50 mg dose of clomipramine and we're only at 325 because I smoke. I'd been on 250 for four weeks prior to that, working up from 50 mg increasing dose by 50 mg each week. I think I've been on it altogether for twelve weeks now but we want to try 250 for twelve full weeks.
