im not sure if alcohol can induce feelings of depression and hopelessness, but it does with me, i had just couple beers, made me depressed, the state i just came out of... watching tv and eating dinner and this darkness,the negative phases all came into one, small breeze of sorrow i got out of it, and if alcohol is going to do this to me, i can't smoke weed because it has a adverse effect where it makes reality not make sense, and alcohol makes me depressed as hell
there's not much point on writing these posts, never again would it be read with only a few clicks by posters, feeling sorry for self you mope nad say poor soul i'm not going to call up these hotlines saying i need help and get a attention club, just .... sometimes when just say discreetly maybe im not ment to be here....those kinda of feelings.....but they pass
anyways had to get that out.....
help people, but help yourself first because that's how you understand people's similar feelings
