I've used it. You could check the archives as I'm pretty sure I discussed my experience with it in several posts. If you have a specific question about it, I'd be happy to respond.
Quick summary of my experience with Saphris-
1. great for sleep, probably best med I ever took for sleep
2. good in combination with Pristiq for major depression
3. discontinued due to intolerable side effects, including weight gain
4. hated the sublingual tablet and the numbing inside my mouth that it caused

I'm doing fairly well right now on 150mg Lamictal and 15mg mirtazapine. I also take 1mg each of methylfolate and methylcobalamin, and 3-4g of Lovaza. Are you still taking Lamictal? What dose do you think works best for depression?

> Are you still taking Lamictal? What dose do you think works best for depression?Yes. I am currently taking 150 mg/day of Lamictal. I recently decreased the dosage from the 200 mg/day I had been taking for over 10 years. So far, I have not deteriorated, but my memory and cognitive function have improved. The therapeutic window for Lamictal is narrow for some people. 100 mg/day is too low for me glean an improvement of depression, but cognitive impairments appear at 200 mg/day. For bipolar depression, 200 mg/day is the dosage that is most commonly recommended.
