My brain misses seroquel, and I'm trying to stop taking it. Very annoying! Falling asleep naturally isn't something I've done in a very long time.

Hi Sid,
I hope you're asleep and don't see this until tomorrow. :)
I have belatedly discovered reading ebooks on my phone so I am up way too late every night (as if I needed an excuse).

Same puts me to sleep reading on Nook. I do still take the low dose benzos at night with low dose ad's but it seems like I don't need them to fall asleep. Reading is good. Phillipa

You will adjust to falling asleep naturally again. It will take at least a few weeks, but you will be okay. Good luck.

I know the feeling. I can't fall asleep without my 2 mg of Clonazepam.

I found the studies compelling, but it seems nowadays they are linking everything to the development of alzheimers.
