I used to take 200mg of motrin with headaches now it seems if I take it will get heart disease, bleed out, stomach issues, And if take tylenol my liver will fail. I know kind of exagerations but ther new warning make it unsafe to open your mouth. But in sincerity I get a lot of headaches stress I hope and motrin works but then get rebound headches. So what's your magic elixir? Thanks

Ginger root. Its as strong an anti-inflamitory and is also a calcium channel blocker. Great for migraine.

What do you mean ginger root? I mean... Do you get it as a powder or something?
I like to make ginger tea... You can keep fresh ginger root in the freezer, fairly well. Then finely chop it and boil it in a pot or pour boiling water over it and then strain it to make tea. It is nice with some lemon juice and maybe a little honey, too.
I like it for a sore throat / cold... But it might be nice for a headache, too...

Honestly?
I take a lot of caffeine in the form of Monster drinks. If its a really bad headache I'll take a Treximet, which is a mix of Sumitriptan and Naproxen Sodium.
