None of the SSRI's really work for anxiety. Give an MAOI a shot.

zoloft is good for OCD and anxiety that is associated with it......not sure how well it works for panic attacks and diffrent anxiety disorders....some people it can cause bad reaction....
but the reason it is documented for anxiety is because of it's serotonin enhancement, increase, kinda makes things seem more content and don't worry about things......

My thoughts are Luvox. Its the most effective for anxiety in the SSRI class. Unfortunately it gave me sexual side effects that didn't wear off until maybe years after stopping.
