Hey everyone I have been on Nardil for 3.5 weeks now and currently taking 60mg. I have been on the 60mg for 1.5 weeks.
could someone please tell me how do you stop the weight gain from happening. Is it caused by just overeating. I have been for the past 6 months kept my calories at 1500 a day and used a weight loss app to input what I eat each day.
I currently am exercising more running and walking 2 miles every other day and keeping a close eye on sodium intake.
Any advice really appreciated.
Thanks you.

im having same issue. weight gain really started at 90. i was even on low carb keto genic diet and i still gained. stopped that crazy diet, and still gaining at 120 (though i feel like a lot of it is bloating admoninal and water retention) but still a lot of it is weight weight.
what to do?

See how it affects you.
If you notice that you gain and you can't control it, post again.

You could get on Metformin, but don't do it until you are sure you need it.
Not everybody gains on Nardil, i would imagine, although its common.
