Posted by willyee234 on August 14, 2014, at 23:24:07

I used to snort pure caffiene.People thought i was crazy till i went online and low and behold tons of nasal sprays of pure caffiene. One article said it was silly not to sniff it cause when you do it cause right to the brain and all of its negative effects which are usualy on the cardio system are avoided.I dont do it no more, but i dident know why i did it but heres a clue, this is amazing

Caffeine increases levels of neurotransmitters such as norepinephrine, acetylcholine, dopamine, serotonin, epinephrine and glutamate.[citation needed]

I don't snort caffeine (I suppose I could try the nasal spray). But I do agree that caffeine can be very useful for depression.

I don't think its a core antidepressant for most people, but it can help reduce certain symptoms (cognitive, energy, motivation etc).

A nasal spray? Have you used it?

I take coffee maybe twice a week, and it's super. More frequently produces side effects and diminishing efficacy.

Ive never snorted caffeine before, thats getting extreme IMO. However, I am a heavy caffeine drinker. I agree caffeine is a great adjunct drug for depression and fatigue in general. I also have sleep apnea and maybe that is one of the reasons why I like caffeine so much. Even being on anti-depressants and being 100% compliant with CPAP, I have fatigue if I dont drink some caffeine.

Coffee enemas are supposed to be good if you think you might be coming down with a cold.
