I recieved my modfanil.I have 200 mg tabs which i break in half take twice a day,the effect is mild butnoticable and nice.

see if you can get the modifinil increased to 400mg, because the nuvigil i take at 250mg is equivilant to 400 of provigil.....im glad your doing well on it, because the amphetamine stimulants, yes they are vary effective for focus and motivation, heightned intrest on things and getting stuff done, it's the crash when it wears off that causes depression and makes you feel washed out....like all the life has been sucked out....
provigil doesnt do that....keeps you alert, no crash....

it's the Nuvigil, 250mg, you should ask about it, because they usally move to 250mg vary quickly, provigil is a bit diffrent from what i've read, it has more of a kick to it because it has the levo isomer of nuvigil.....so you getting more of kick than the nuvigil, the only i thing i know about the nuvigil is that i'm awake, i don't get speedy, i'm just ... awake, and provigil is similar but targets more of NE....
the only thing willeyee is the nuvigil is VARY explensive and my doctor gives me samples.....
ask if you could move to nuvigil, but tell your doctor that you are still tired, and thery usally increase the dose to 400mg.....
but i still have my horrible days when the medicine doesnt work....i've posted about all that...
try to work with the doctor and maybe post what happened here.....give you pointers on try to get it increased

Dude you dont even know my doc is not giving me it but when he was it cost my insurance 900 dollers thats a hell of a mark up,nothing works perfect dude like you ive messed with it all and the answer has not been presented yet just tape.
