I know parnate is more stimulating therefore is known to help actualy loose weight rather then gain.
However this is known with small to average doses i.e 30mg to 60mg
Im on a big dose of 100 mg a day,and im picking up weight like a madman,its a good thing i workout and lift,the amount i gain is totaly insane.
When in jail with no parnate i lost 80 pounds,so my question is can HIGH DOSE be known to actualy cause weight gain,please help.
P.s my diet is not great but normal,i also lift and box so i stay in shape,pls help.

Maybe you could get your doctor to prescribe 1500mg of Metformin. That should do the trick.
Its well studied for countering the weight gain of psyche meds.
Good side effect profile. I have none and it works.

I lost a ton of weight on it but that's because you can't eat anything on it. If you are eating less than 2000 calories a day and gaining and aren't n anything else then it's the parnate. If you are on something else, I especially a tranquilizer then it's that.

Yeah, like benzos. They make me gain.
Its pretty rare that Parnate causes weight gain.

Thanks,i dont find i have to be on any special diet with parnate,maybe im one of the lucky ones,i thought it might have been the high dose,but like you said what i read is parnate is more likly to make you loose weight.

Well i dont make it a point to eat what im not supposed to ,but yess i eat pizza etc without ill effect

You are a machine. That's awesome! Just so I'm not encouraging you to do something that may kill you, you know there are dozens of restricted foods for parnate users right? There are a few dozen foods that could potentially kill you if you are on parnate.

Get some emergency nifedipine. Take as much as needed but as little as possible.
