So this http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/22083592/
seems somewhat daunting, but what does it mean? Are the effects of Cannabidiol on BDNF and co. positive?
Somewhere else i have read about BDNF up regulation through Cannabidiol. Is this a positive thing? I have been thrilled to try Cannabidiol, but this link has been daunting.
Can anyone shed light on what Cannabidiol is doing with these substances in the brain cited in the study and wether its a good thing or not?
I don't know if i should try or not.

I'd take cannabidiol over an atypical any day of the week. AP drugs increase the risk of death, cause TD, sometimes cause "tardive dementia," and can sensitize your brain to future episodes of psychosis that would be more severe (sometimes) than the initial problem(s).
Try to think of the bigger picture.

> Try to think of the bigger picture.Yeah, maybe you are right. And since Cannabidiol seems to cause neurogenesis in the hippocampus, its effects on those proteins can't be that bad. Tardive dementia sounds awful.
I just hope i can get my doc to be okay with it.

It would erase the need for Metformin against weight gain.
It would (hopefully) erase the need for classic antipsychotics.
It could erase cognitive side effects and hypersomnia. That would open up some possibilities Meds wise.
I could try stuff i could otherwise not.
Ideas? Scott? Unfortunately i have deleted my chart of meds i wanted to try.
Think about my Meds chart being empty.. just Cannabidiol and perhaps 100mg Lithium orotate.
