At what point dose lithium stop being a cognitive enhancer and impair cognition instead. I'm on 150 but thinking about going up to 300 because still depressed but don't want to do anything that would jeopardize my cognition .

300 mg/day does not produce any cognitive side effects for me. Anything above 450 mg/day affects me adversely.

Not everyone's cognition is affected by Lithium.
