Since quite a few of the old time babblers are beginning to age I was wondering if added now to emotional issues if you also have to deal with any Physical Health problems. And what they are. And how do you combine meds now. I feel we all should always be thinking of the things like heart disease, cancers, thyroid, and too many other illnesses to mention. Add Arthur in there. Thanks Phillipa

Arthur Itis? Never met him. Hope I never do. I've noticed that inflammation greatly exacerbates my depression. I had bronchitis last fall. The more inflamed my lungs became, the more depressed I became. For weeks, my depression and inflammation were in lockstep.

Since what I know to be anti-inflammatories are things such as motrin. And they can cause heart damage, bleeding etc. What are things one can take to rid themselves of inflammation? Hugh the docs say all over 40 have so arthritis. Phillipa

I'm 38. I've been taking most of these meds for the last decade. I do exercise some times. I've gotten a bit lazy about it over the last few months, but trying to do it more now, again. Even when I was going to the gym 3-5 times a week I still had to take blood pressure med.
