Lithium is saafe as long as you monitor your blood levels.

lithium is not that bad....only thing it needs is blood work, i have no idea why....but my doctor doenst want to use lithium with me and has me on 400mg of lamictal.....which is pretty high....
it may help....it's vary good with depression and mania....it's the classic standard for bipolar and depression for alot of years until all these new drugs have came out
