phillipa you seem to have no issues taking benzos-while I always fear the worse...on 1.0 klonopin in day and 1.5 for sleep.....am paranoid about taking them...Ativan 2.5 for 10 years

I take Cymbalta 60 mg. I don't find it stimulating or sedating.

For me it was a combination of both. Sort of weird. I was tired and without energy, yet at the same time felt sort of revved up like coffee. Horrible feeling.
Cymbalta took my regular depression and turned it into a really dark hopeless one pretty fast, so my trials of cymbalta did not go very far. I have a friend who is on it for Fibromyalgia and she seems to like it. Other than her though, I've never known anyone that liked it or got good results from it. There have been some good comments on it here from time to time.
