I'm starting to lose faith in lurasidone (Latuda). I've been on it for about 6 weeks now and all the uplifting and energizing effects I had on startup are long gone and now it only seems to be producing a slight malaise. About 30-60 minutes after a dose I feel more depressed and tired. I wears off for the most part after that but any benefits seem to be gone. I was looking for an antidepressant/energizing effect but it has not persisted.-Bob

it seems this is more common that not.
i was hoping to try Latuda since my Insurance company won't cover zyprexa anymore.
but i choose to wait as everyone i've talked with, and even my T said that most folks she knows says everyone she knows that went on it, ended up getting off it, since it stopped working. or just never really worked.i wish you much luck.

As I look back I have to say that the first few days showed some definite promise. Old interests suddenly were coming back. That pretty much faded.

I'm sorry.
My experience with lurasidone was similar.
