If anyone ever noticed i only post to maois.Why cause its what im on,been on and know.I have strong strong beliefs of ssris and other meds but like my mother said if i aint got nothing nice to say dont,so even though i believe a certain thing theres no point in my posting to the posts only to be negative and ruin hope some may have for them.
That said the med i did come to to finaly put some form of LID on my depression is parnate.What gets me a little angry is the lack of information,parnate opposed to other meds constantly via user ratings on random sites holds a consistent high success rate,parnate isn clinical studies also have a high success rate.Parnate actualy holds a solid success rate of 80 percent,this was via a study that found bought parnate and amiptine to have high actual success rates,opposed to the rest which dont and rather work on a trial and error base.I wish i had the article that stated this.
Last i wish people who dont have success with it knew some secrets,this is from my personal use i spoke with chairman maoi a lot also about this as well as studies.
What it is ,a few rules that parnate holds to in order to exhaust its full potential,they are
- The data sheet on parnate first had a standard dose of 10 mg raised to a max of 30 mg.Then it had a stanard dose at 30 mg with a max of 60.The inconsistcy is because parnate was never created by a actual company rather purchased so the chemistry on it is vague,i know becuase when seeking pharmocolgy help on it from glaxco i was instead sent a pamphlet with a note sheet asking i keep note of effects and send it in.
The actual dose that many people speak of and can be found with a google search term HIGH DOSE PARNATE shows ranges can start at 60 and safetly go to 120 for a full therputic range.
Also parnate is a medicine who to the contary plays very nice with other drugs and can be augmented easly.
First to help it work aside from a high dose with care stimulants such as miniscure doses of ritalin or a milder one such as modfanil can be added to augment.
Of course in the reverse if overstimulated your basic benzo,klonopin by note works very well in a parnate cocktail.
Id love to see parnate worked on more,A higher dosed tabs such as 25mg made so a user dosent have to carry 10 pills around,as well as its half life,big problem with parnate is it has a short half life 4 hours i believe which leaves users in a mid day rut.

Simply said, I agree with you.
Personally, I like to think of the normal range for Parnate to be 40 - 80 mg/day. I take 100 mg/day, although I have been up as high as 150 mg/day.
Congratulations on persevering and finding an effective treatment.

Yess scott and please look into augmenting it with a stimulant,i cant tell you the benifit,does it over stimulate you,no actualy when i takem my 50 mg dose and add a stimulant i fall asleep.
Stinulants i have added :
Basic caffiene tab,extreme synergy however not strong enough to have robust effect.
Vayneses adhd stimulant very very effective,mild barly know you added it
Ritalin or other amphetamine,works well for me however i cant go recomending that unless i caution to use caution with this.
Modfanil a very clean dopamine med that again not only augments the parnate,but used with caffiene has a synergy.
I know it sounds like but these stimulants when added to a high dose parnate and taken at the same time as part of a cocktail for me makesme drowsy and very calm,almost a mood stablizer.
What actualy works gigantic leaps and wonders with parnate is ghb small dose,ghb=xyrem scriptI use a out of country version,in the forms of poetency of pin drops,a single pin drop and ill have haslinger attest to this LIGHTS THE PARNATE COCKTAIL UP i dont know why or how it just does,it creates a huge huge robust effect,adding a very very social effect making you want to talk to people outside and interact and this is comming fromm a man with SEVERE social avoidance this cocktail makes me call friends from years ago just to talk lol.

This cocltail has taken me off the bed disabled to it,and has had me start two small home buisnes,one is called Urtech a home IT repair since im Microsoft Certified,Second FIT2FIGHT a second home based womans self defense session since i studied boxing,kick boxing,and krav maga now six years.
Also it made me a think tank,ive written down about a hundred invention ideas,if you care heres twoFirst since ive had some dealings with not so nice cops,this is my idea.....
The car cam in their unit is in the dash,and thei is a issue about them being the ones to turn it on,so why not do this,anytime a unit is in response mode,their siren lights should be on,not always the siren but at a stop always the lights,so embed the camera in their siren light unit and when the lights go on the camera goes on too beyond their control.
Second is a usb stick with a square box connected,plug it in,the little box is like the 7 eleven debit station,the laptop usb unit has a slot to swipe the card and the software with it handles transaction options.
