I've been taking Nardil at 45/60mg for the past 3 months for depression/social anxiety and at first it worked wonderfully for both issues, however now it has settled down and although it's still helping my anxieties alot I need something much more for my depression.
Lingering depressive symptoms include irritability, apathy, some depersonalization.
I really think I need a mood stabilizer with my Nardil and highly suspect Bipolar II judging from my symptoms and reaction to Celexa (hypomania)... so:
Is Lamictal okay with Nardil? Do the two mixed together worsen each others side effects? What dose is best to augment Nardil with? Will it give me some energy to an extent and help the brain fog/blahs? And if I get to a therapeutic dose of Lamictal and it helps greatly, should I ween off of Nardil or remain on it?
This is the end of the thread.
