Mine is three Advil Liquigels with a strong coffee (my doc told me it was safe to take ibuprofen 600mg at a time for a bad headache, provided it didnt become a daily habit)

I have a terrible backache right now. Took a couple of ibuprofen hopefully it helps. Drinking coffee too don't know if that will boost the pain relief. Pain feels like it's coming from my lower spine not the muscle.

Is this like BC powder? I know that ibuprophen at 800mg for 24 hours after a dental procedure had me feeling better than I ever did. I'd forgotten about this. Mood also. Phillipa
