yes severe ruminations..and order....no luvox on too many other meds

In terms of efficacy, there probably isn't much to choose between them.

Zoloft caused me a great deal of anxiety. I am currently taking Lexapro and getting good results.

Either will be good, but will need to be taken at high doses (Lexapro 20mg, Zoloft 200mg) to get maximum response
Clomipramine causes more side effects, but is still the gold standard.
Adding risperidone 1mg at night can boost the effect of the SSRI's in OCD
