I want to go away.. i should go away.Im in freakin Germany with severe seasonal affective.
Also i have some substantial disagreements with society which doesnt make me a bad person.

I'm in Canada and it gets dark pretty early - esp if the day is clouded over.
Vitamin D, full spectrum lighting help some. I also got a treadmill on which I walk 40 min a day and browse the net.
The combination of walking, lighting, vitamin D, coffee help. On the warmer days, going for long walks outdoors help. Sometimes I do lithium and sleep deprivation.
failing that methylphenidate always works.

I have just grown sick of *ssh*l*-society.. I am a sensitive individual and i feel that people around me are not sensitive at all.
Elbow *ssh*l* society. You can feel it by the way you are treated as someone who doesnt function exactly the way society wants you to.
