Maxime at Psycho-Babble sends you this message:--------
Hey sweetie, thank you for the Babble Mail.
Yes, going to the bridge with intent of jumping off it was scary.
I know life isn't going very well for you right now. Dealing with a suicide in your community must be devastating.
I hate psychiatry as well. There are some lucky people who try one anti-depressant and Bam! it works for them and they are fine. For others, it's a nightmare. And no one in psychiatry can tell us why!
You should try the Glycine. You never know what may help.
It's ok to cry Jeroen. It's ok to mourn your friend and to mourn your own situation as well.
What will they do at the hospital on Christmas Day? Are you expecting any visitors? I would visit you if I lived near you.
Your friend,
Maxime
