I should have written it all down. I know it! But I am going down on one, discontinuing another, increasing a third and introducing unrelated, except it should help with side effects. I don't know if I am coming or going, guessing at all except the one I added and the one I stopped.
But I feel a bit better.
Will have to call pdoc on Tuesday when her office is open and get it emailed to me.This is a first.

I had this once. Like a joke, my psychiatrist told me "dont take them all at once". And thats it -.-
Anyway, i wish you a better result than i had.. It ended in me wanting to OD ontop of a lake and subsequent hospital.

I'm so sorry you had that happen!
I was able to figure out what to do from the scripts she gave me (not filled yet because I have enough meds). There, the new instructions are clear. At least, the worst that had happened was a really bad mood, headache, and a bad night's sleep.
First time that has happened, though. I usually take a notebook to write the changes down and the doctor review it. (Just enough OCD to keep me slightly screwy.) I had felt really off lately, and so the reasons for the medication changes.
I feel like we walk a high tightrope carrying filled buckets of water that cannot be spilled, or we topple. Oh, and I am anxious.
Thanks, and I hope you are doing a lot better.

Not to be critical but should you be changing three at the same time? Since the big time change is over would you settle down on your former med regime? Phillipa

I trust my pdoc's decisions and the dosages were low to begin with. Kind of like moving pennies from one account to another. She said if it worked, I would feel better immediately, and I have.
Proof enough for me.

Don't really want to list them all here. Over half are not psych related.
Thanks, though.

PC make sure you doc and pharmacist check for interactions between all the meds. Which I'm sure you have. Phillipa

I use one single pharmacist for that reason, and bring in ALL my meds to pdoc to check periodically.
This is the end of the thread.
