It's still early but I managed to do something yesterday which was nice. Hopefully I can meet some friends today and leave the couch. It has been and is a tough episode.

That's great. So you do have remittance in between episodes? Would this indicate bipolar? Mine is same day after day. Phillipa

Yeah I do, last one lasted about six months (of which I worked four), before that I had a depressive episode that lasted two years. And now I have been ill since january. There are no signs bipolarity, have never been.

just wanted to say i'm sorry it's been such a long, rough episode for you. i understand how hard it is and what a big deal a simple task like meeting friends can be.
i hope you find some relief soon.
