This is a wonderful surprise.

I hope you continue to improve.

Same here!

I'm going to give it a few more weeks for the drug to excert its full effect, then I'm going to look at another series of CBT sessions, to try and help me unlears some of the negative beheiviours and thought patterns I have doubtless picked up over time I've been unwell

Yes. Depression and other mental illnesses leave a trail of damage in their wakes. Someone's got to clean up the mess. Psychotherapy can help one to clear the debris and wash the dust from their eyes.

I am happy to hear your progress. I can confirm the benefits of MAOi.

I am on Marplan 30 mg (the closest you can come to Nardil around here) and 135 mg Nort together w. lithium and it is working fairly good.
Apart from constipation all other SE have faded away. Dry mouth the first 3-4 hours after meds intake in the morning. Sleep is mostly good, can wake up early now and then and also have trouble falling a sleep, then I take a half sleeping pill, problem solved.
