Wait, are you referring to the antibiotic Cipro? I can't find anything on the Internet about this medication. What's the generic name?
And why would an antibiotic be helpful with mood swings?

Hi, Cassandra, it suddely helped for mood swings, depression very strong, that anti biotic in ear form
but now it no longer helps me and making me sick instead, so i guess and warn you not to use it for depression
