lately I noticed that when I eat I feel much better and it feels like my medications somewhat take effect, I was on this liquid diet for 4 weeks and it killed me, I got weak, but anyways....my psychologist told me the voltage in the brain can be low when the medications are resistant. I'm so sick of obsessing to solve my health problems.
but.....this never happened before, I could go a whole day without eating and felt ok, now if I don't have food, its crazy I can't think correctly, or function. This never happened before....and I don't know why this suddenly popped up couple months ago....

I've had blood sugar issues since my depression started. I need to eat every 3 hours now. It sucks. If I don't, I get very weak. I usually carb up before doing anything crazy like yardwork, or helping someone move (which sucks)!

RJ get a fasting blood sugar levels. And eat protein every 4 hours. Those liquid diets can really mess up your thinking. Portion control is the key with a good diet. Phillipa
