food intake dopamine

Posted by rjlockhart37 on May 31, 2013, at 18:59:04

im having a burroito right now with jalopeneos trypin this on babbe, but its so good!!

I've realized that what causes pleasure from eating is what causes more stimulation of the brain sectors, it causes like a small serotonin release after eating....and dopamine release while eating....like when take a bit of something delicious, it feels good, I can't describe the food feeling when you have pizza or other goodies.....but I that when someone starts using drugs that effect dopamine, food intake goes down, expect for pot because it causes the munchies and want to eat eat eat....

see I've tried to do a structured diet, I hate it, I just want to eat when I want to, not have to wait 5 hours when im already hungry....the liquid diet was brutal, hungry all the time, no reward when I had a shake, no good feeling when I didn't have food no anything jut pure protein shakes. And the vegetarian diet....ughh god, I did that for 2 days hated every second...of it, latterly, nasty....jungle/rabbit food

but does anyone here get in better mood when they eat?

Hell yeah! When I eat pizza, a burger, chocolate, ice cream, cake... I instantly get happier! I could eat and entire 48oz bag of peanut M&M's and experience pure bliss!
