I've really noticed this when I take it at night then the next day.....slowness of thoughts and fatigue....its good for sleep when thoughts are going crazy in manic states....but really the next day is weird and slow....

I thought you weren't feeling the meds?? Anyway I would say try a lower dose, you're signature says you are taking 20mg that is on the higher end of the dosing I believe, maybe try 15mg? herpills

it sometimes will take effect, I put it under my tongue at night...its nasty but that seems the only way to make it take effect sometimes, the other day I took it hardly anything and then today....its a sedated feeling, kinda gloomy feeling....thoughts are slow....sedated. Yea...but what im trying to say about the meds, they hardly have an effect the Prozac and the nuvigil....I don't know if there passively working or not working at all. It's really frustrating because my body created a resistance to some of the meds to where it feels like there not working full effect.
I may go down, but the 20mg is good for now, it will keep my thoughts from going off the deep end...right now I feel kinda mellow, but when I don't take my zyprexa or when it doesn't take effect my thoughts go crazy, get irrtible, start thinking extreme type thoughts.
I'll see about changing it thanks for the post

yea....but what happened I started fanapt a while back and I stopped it due to weird feeling and then I stopped it completely and didn't sleep for 3 days, adrenaline running, I went back to the doc and they put me back in 20mg and told me to stay on it.....
ill have to figure out what to do, maybe switch to respirdal, but zypeza does work at times, vary well with keeping irtibillity away, just that sedated, gloomy, slow feeling....
